Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") offered by BEFUN AI TECH. PTE. LTD. ("BEFUN AI TECH", "we", "us", or "our"), including Calculator Plus — Math Solver. By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are able to form a legally binding contract with BEFUN AI TECH. If you are using the Services on behalf of a school, business, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BEFUN AI TECH grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Services on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the Services, except where permitted by applicable law.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Services.
- Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services or attempt to bypass any access or usage limits.
- Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
4. Accuracy of Results
Calculator Plus is designed to assist with mathematical calculations and learning. While we work to ensure that results are correct, we do not guarantee that every solution, step, or output is free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them, especially for academic, financial, engineering, scientific, or other consequential purposes. The Services are not a substitute for professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related materials — including software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and the BEFUN AI TECH name — are owned by BEFUN AI TECH or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or interact with third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store) and components. Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
7. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEFUN AI TECH and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) SGD 50.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or our users. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
